Our Expertise

Our expertise has been demonstrated through our work with the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs and the State of Georgia Department of Human Services. We reviewed proposals and made recommendations of approval for community organizations soliciting grant funding for the arts community. Additionally, services have been provided to numerous for profit and non-profit personnel across the State of Georgia in all areas of compliance management.

Vision: To be the primary resource for grant and contract management services for profit and non-profit organizations, government, faith-based and corporate entities worldwide.

 

Mission: To collaborate with organizations to provide grant and contract management services that enhance organizational success through assessment, risk management, accountability, efficiency in service delivery and evaluation.

Founder’s Story

Early in life, Sharlene Sanders observed and often assisted her mother as she worked selflessly as a community advocate.  This experience propelled her to later pursue and earn a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Albany State University.

Upon graduation, Sharlene began a career that spanned over 20 years with the State of Georgia Department of Human Services. Skilled in navigating through the challenging process of grant award and management, she has managed multi-million dollar contracts and grants for compliance throughout the State of Georgia.

Sharlene subsequently adapted her deep public sector expertise to form Totally You Support Services, where she functions as founder and CEO. TYSS is recognized as a primary resource for grant and contract management services for profit and non-profit organizations, government, faith-based and corporate entities worldwide.

Vivian Broner

Senior Consultant

The many facets of the life of Vivian Broner brings a gamut of experiences that will greatly benefit the organization.

With a successful career with Delta Airlines that spanned over 26 years, she was afforded the opportunity to travel around the world. As a result of her exposure, she has been submerged in diverse social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. That exposure, coupled with her professional background and corporate experiences, lends to her leadership abilities.

Her organizational skills, along with strategic guidelines, has fostered implementing best practices and business principles as it relates to compliance.

LaDonna Jones

Consultant

LaDonna Jones has devoted the last 15 years to providing services through philanthropic avenues. As a director of a Non-Profit organization that provides services to senior citizens in Metro Atlanta, she is committed to building an organization with strong relationships. Prior to devoting her energy to providing human services she spent 32 years as a career IT professional. This career directly drives her ability to provide organizations with an analytical approach and prescribe solutions that will return a successful review of compliance requirements.
